We begin by discussing your medical and dental history, including any concerns or symptoms you may have.
We check your mouth, throat, and surrounding tissues for any signs of oral cancer for early detection.
We assess the health of your gums, checking for signs of gum disease (periodontal disease), such as inflammation, bleeding, or recession.
Necessary X-rays will be taken to see what's going on beneath the surface.
